The Mazzanti Law Firm, founded in 1999 by Luca Mazzanti, operates mainly in Italy.

The Firm deals with corporate criminal law and economic criminal law and, in particular, with corporate criminal law, bankruptcy criminal law, tax criminal law, environmental criminal law and professional liability; a section of the Firm is dedicated to civil law and, in particular, to corporate law.
The Firm provides assistance to companies in relation to the requirements of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 - Administrative liability of legal persons for criminal offences - both in relation to the adoption of the Organization and Management Model and with reference to the establishment and implementation of the Supervisory Body.
The Firm assists leading national and international companies and collaborates with leading law, tax and commercial firms throughout Italy and Europe.
The Firm has obtained UNI EN ISO 9001 certification since 2016.
